Ri Owners Exchange Program. Ri owners can exchange their Responsible Ice for frozen ones at participating retailers by joining one of our programs. When you join and you exchange your Ri, it enters into the Owner's eXchange System. You may never see that one again, but that is OK! The Owner's eXchange makes sure only Clean, Solid-Frozen, Responsible Ice is ready for you! Be aware only undamaged units may be exchanged. The Ri you take with you is yours until you exchange it again!
