कर्मचारी मोबाइल फोन जैसे के माध्यम से पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं। घड़ी, ग्राहक के आगमन, ग्राहक के प्रस्थान, मुख्यालय पर आगमन। प्रत्येक रिकॉर्ड में GPS निर्देशांक होते हैं, जिससे रिकॉर्डिंग बनाए जाने वाले स्थान पर नियंत्रण सक्षम हो जाता है। कंपनी प्रबंधन की जानकारी इस प्रकार प्राप्त की जाती है कि ग्राहक को कर्मचारी (या समय में) मिला है या नहीं।
