Sakura691 dial application

Due to the 「Google Play」 policy change, our 「Sakura691」 application has to delete some function.

The following function has been deleted from the current version.
【Format after the change】
The history page has the following change.
● Before : The dial/receive call history page was available for the dial application, and number can be called from the history page
● After : The 「Sakura691」 will not be able to show the history page anymore.
