Sean T. McKinney

Sean McKinney will be a mayor responsive to our needs, involved in the education of our children, committed to safety and focused on improving quality of life for us all. As the former Commissioner of Building & Grounds for the City of Youngstown for the last 10 years, as well as in his former role as Head of the Street Department and Special Projects, Sean is known for his passion, compassion, and consideration for everyone he meets despite their economic condition or political convictions.
