SG ERP: Rates & Avoid ERP

New function: Avoid ERP Journey Planner! This function allows you to avoid ERP gantries when planning your route between locations. Just enter the start & destination addresses and ensure the 'Try to Avoid ERP' checkbox is checked. When checked, ERP gantries will be avoided as much as possible in the recommended route. When unchecked, the recommended route will be the one which takes the shortest time without avoiding any gantries. Access this function by pressing the button at the top toolbar.
