Tuslidas began every chapter with an invocation because he believed that reading, and indeed the writing, of the story of Ram required the right frame of mind, and also the divine assistance of god.

3) Aranya Kand

4) Kishkinda Kand

5) Sunder Kand

6) Lanka Kand

7) Uttar Kand
