Bugfix: App was not creating a proper no show entry, resulting in crashes.

Change: Renamed menu item "Check for updates" to "Update schedules", this way it's not confusing on what is being updated.
Change: Renamed menu item "Sync" to "Sync Timesheets".
Change: "Update schedules" and "Sync Timesheets" for now do the same thing, send any unsynced timesheets back and download any new schedules.
