1. End Term visibility for previous years- Employees can view End Term for previous years once enabled
2. Other Goals - Employees can also choose Other Goals, with no dependency on Goal Library
3. Employees will still be able to choose other goals even if JC and BU is not mapped to them
4. Employees can revise approved goals if End Term has not started
5. Performance Improvement and Bug fixes
