Homemade cooking rice in microwave

This is a step by step tutorial on how to cook rice. Start with rinsing the  cooking rice on stove, then add water to the pot and let boil. Add salt and oil if desired. Lower heat to simmer and add the cooking rice in a rice cooker until rice is tender usually at least 15 minutes. Drain excess water from the pot and fluff with a fork before serving
