Sync for iCloud

- Migration to Android Jetpack and WorkManager for the download and upload managers. This will ensure that tasks are properly executed by Android, especially on newer versions of the OS where more restrictions apply.
- Media store is now being used for saving files in newer Android versions. This fixes issues where files are not saved and a permission error is returned.
