build 3: added crash reporting and fixed issue with incoming calls not pausing playback

Completely rebuilt - only the clave audio file itself remains from the original version.
New user interface and icon.
Highlights current beat whilst playing.
Added second Afro Clave with later 3rd beat.
Tap tempo to set speed, or drag tempo up and down to choose bpm.
Low or High pitch option to tailor the sound.
Boost option to cut through busy arrangements.
