Twos: Remember & Share Things

Creating a sublist from a heading will move nested *things* into the sublist.
Redesigned the initial settings view.
Fixed backgrounding Twos while editing and coming back unfocused the *thing*.
Fixed the side menu more buttons.
Fix editing things on a list then backgrounding and foregrounding the app.
Fix creating a reminder in the events section from a list.
Display reported things and lists on your profile.
Fix opening templates view with no templates.
