- added option to set "secondary" keyboard layout
- it is now possible to quickly toggle between primary and secondary keyboard layout
- added Greek (el-GR), Belgian (fr-BE), Croatian (hr-HR), Czech (cs-CZ, programmers) keyboard layouts
- mouse tab and mousepads: added touch screen mode (must be enabled in Settings, requires manual InputStick firmware update to FW 0.98D, use InputStickUtility app)
- added TOUCH macro action (touch screen interface, requires FW 0.98D)
