Thank you for using the User Centre + app.

This update is using Android last recommended platform.

Reminder: There are two different ways to connect to the app.

1. RECOMMENDED (Residential Customer): Use your username and password as you use to log in to the Customer Centre. If you haven’t set up your Customer Centre account yet, click on ‘Sign up to the Customer Centre’.

2. (Residential and Business Customer) To see your Videotron mobile usage only, click on ‘See usage of this device’.
