* Social League group leaders can now promote group members to administrators. Administrators can do most things that group leaders can do.
* Social League group leaders can now transfer group leadership to an administrator.
* Added the option to set Social League groups to public or private at will.
* Added two optional Social League group tags to make it easier to find people with similar goals.
