Optimization
1. Add a picture in the Barracks to simply display the restrains between different types of soldiers

Bugs
1. Fix the bug of some player could not make the recharge!
2. Fix the bug of Intelligence display error, which display Alliance Buildings wrongly all as Alliance Base.
3. Fix the bug of data error in Battle Report Interface after reconnection.
4. Fix the bug of model display error of Medical Tent.
5. Fix the bug of Lucky Wheel special effects display error.
