YOGA CLASSES

Yoga Classes you will get two categories i.e Beginner and Intermediate. If you are beginner then starts with Beginner yoga classes otherwise starts with Intermediate Yoga classes.

MEDITATION

You can do meditation with four different peaceful audio track. Four Audio track Meditation are – Mindfulness, Spiritual, Focused and Movement .
