This update fixes problems with connection to VPN servers.

- Downgraded IKEv2 client, connection to VPN servers should be instant now, this should fix problems with unreachable servers
- Improved server location list, now you can select exact server to connect. (pending API release)
- Fixed crashes coming from ads
- Fixed "FatalException" error when connecting via IKEv2
- Fixed problem when VCM was not accounted for new registered users (pending API release)
