4Es is Business Management System, which is a full-service solution aiming at providing proper planning, supporting, implementing and controlling processes, procedures and policies. It aims at providing a platform that can be used for planning, support operations, performance analysis and improvement strategies. 4Es stands for: Envision, Execute, Ensure & Excel, and is based on the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle, which is: establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with the expected target; implement the plan, execute the process, make the service; Study the results, and compare against the expected target; And finally how should the organization Act against the results and take actions to improve performance.

This solution provides a guiding platform for any organization to help it comply with international standards. It comprises of 9 Modules that are organized based on the PDCA cycle. The modules are: Admin, Audit, Training, Knowledge, Documentation, PI (Performance Indicator), NC/CA (Non-Conformance's and Corrective Actions), Risk Assessment, and Customer Feedback.
