7Pad: Chords and scales

First ( Harmonized chord scales ) Pad is now colored with 1 color for each scale degree, making it easier to identify and play with colored virtual piano : "target" tones with same color.
Added a one row piano-roll keyboard for easier horizontal sliding between white and black keys and transmit midi-cc with vertical sliding.
Optimized learn-mode layout and fusion of open and share song dialogs.
