Accenture in India takes it interview process digital with the Accenture Smart Interview app—aimed at providing a seamless experience to job applicants.

The Accenture Smart Interview app gives candidates the flexibility of having their interview with Accenture at their own convenience—at the time and place of their choice.

If you are a non-engineering graduate and you are interested in BPO roles at Accenture, you can download this app to appear for a digital interview. The interview will be a preliminary screening and comprise:

• A skills test: A multiple-choice quiz designed to test you accounting skills.

• An HR round where you will need to record your responses to questions with a webcam.
