Updated from AppMaker 2.5.0 release.

-Fixed:
* Location sharing profiles sometimes showing incorrect name.
* Manual routing text missing.
* The 3rd line of routing text was being cut off.
* The Featured Frosted style is frosty again.
* The map name dropdown arrow is aligned with the new level picker.

-Improved:
* Support for last/first name order.
* Official support for Android 7.
* Clearer Featured page template image.
