Asianet Smart Remote Control

Asianet Smart Remote Control application is a smart remote control and multi-screen application for android mobile phones to control Asianet Android Smart Set-Top Box (STB) and view programs on mobile phone.

With this app you can:

1) Channel Up/Down, Volume Up/Down, Mute Volume, Left/Right/Up/Down/Select/Back, Main Menu display

2) Power On/Off, Hot Keys or Mouse Control for Asianet Android Smart STB.

3) Switch to your favorite channel by browsing through EPG.

4) Multi-Screen – View any desired channel (currently running/other) on mobile, when PVR or Time Shift is not active.

To use any of the above features, make sure your STB is connected to your home Wi-Fi. To check Wi-Fi connectivity, go to:

STB Menu>Setting>Wi-Fi Settings.

Status should be set to ON and connected to your desired Wi-Fi access point.

To identify whether this app is compatible for your STB, go to STB Menu>Information>System Information. The Android version should be 4.0.4 or above.
