・Added a function to automatically acquire data when returning from sleep
・Display the current pressure and temperature on the pressure graph and temperature graph
・Added a function to acquire data based on the previously read location when the current location cannot be acquired due to GPS malfunction.
・Slightly modified the layout of the long-term forecast graph.
