Beyond Visual Range

New game play elements:
- Afterburner will speed up your jet, make it a more potent tool to dodge missiles
- missile damage scales with distance travel, the longer they fly before hit the lesser the damage they deal.
- AI aggressiveness tuned up, missile travel speed tuned up to compensate. Game play action should be more exciting.
- Survey for bonus

Bugfix:
- IR threat up from bandits were missing.
- crash when wingman is hit
Balance:
- changed operation points usage
