This update includes a few quality of life changes that have been requested.

- You can now select a recipe by tapping anywhere on its row. Previously you needed to tap on the text.

- A blue background has been added to the menu button of the skill group you are viewing.

- Nearly all instances of "Please refer to X recipe page for more information" in ingredient lists has been updated with more information. This is a quick temporary fix to last until a future system overhaul is complete.
