  - The app is BACK. We found and fixed a rather dramatic change caused by an update to one of the frameworks we utilize. Big thanks to those who gave us feedback and assistance in narrowing down the cause of the problem.
  - The station hardware for taking observations is also now back online and should remain so.

  Re-implemented the arrows and labels from the original version of the app (finally!).
  Some performance improvements, hunting down a few minor bugs.
