Features of the app includes:

Guidelines on how to use the Teacher app:

Create Test: ( Create a test for a class by choosing questions from the

list of all the questions)

Click on the create test icon in the dashboard

Select the batch for whom test will be created

Select Subject and Chapter

Select the questions through a click

After selection, click on the blue tick icon below

Select test date (any but compulsory) and time duration

Publish the test paper by clicking on the icon at below right

One Click Test: (Create a test for a class by just telling number of

questions from each chapter)

Click on the one click test icon in the dashboard

Select the batch for whom test will be created

Select Subject

Get the list of chapters

Just type the number of questions

Questions will be extracted randomly

Click on the blue tick icon and publish the test

Create batch: (Create a new class)

Type the batch name and select teacher

Select subjects for the batch

click on create batch icon to publish new batch

Add Student: (Add new students who have signed up on the app to a

class)

See the list of students who have registered on the app

Students are by default allocated the Outer batch

Add the student to respective batch

All Student:(See profile of all the students registered on the app)

Get list of individual profile of student

Click on a student to see details uploaded by them

Edit batch:( Transfer student from one class to another class)

Search the name of student whose batch needs to be changed

Click on student’s name and click on change batch

Allot the new batch name to a student by shifting him/her

Add Question:(Add questions by either writing text or clicking a picture

of question)Select the type of question you want to upload

For text question, fill in the required details

Select subject and chapter name

Type the question to be uploaded

Enter the option names to be given

Select language of question and correct answer

Feed marks to be allotted for a right/wrong answer

For image based question, take the image and rest is same as above

Upload Notes: (Upload images of pdf for the class)

Click on Upload notes

Select the type of notes you want to upload- image/document

Message & Doubts: (Reply to student doubts )

Send message to individual students

Solve doubts of students in the panel

Time table:(Create or schedule a period for students)

Schedule(Create) time table for students

Select batch, Subject, Date and Time

Enter agenda(details) to be discussed in the class

Performance:(See individual or whole test performance)

Select the batch whose performance you want to see

Select the subject name and test date to be viewed

Choose individual student performance or batch wise performance

See overall performance of students in a particular question

Test Rank:(See ranking of students)

This is to see rank of students test wise

Select batch, Subject and date of test

See time taken, number of correct/wrong question by each student

Add Subject:(Add a new subject)

Choose batch name for whom new subject name is to be added

In case of a new subject, type the subject name and add it

Announcement:(Send announcement to each class or all students)

Select the batch name for whom you want to create announcement

Enter the message you want to send to the selected batch of students

Attendance QR Code: (Take attendance of students through QR code)

Get a new QR code generated everyday for taking attendance

Attendance Record:(Manage attendance of students in your institute)Get the list of students who have been present or absent on a particular

date.

Manual Attendance: (Take attendance of students on your own)

Input attendance of students manually and take attendance

Fees Management: (Maintain records of fees due/receipt from students)

Enter the amount of total fees

Feed data of amount of fees received

Select due date of fee submission

Create Package: (create customised selling packages for students)

Enter package name

Enter package price
