Bubble Wars 2

A serious problem is fixed in this second update to Bubble Wars 2:

- the "Infinite" maps behave like the maps in Bubble Wars 1, they even have New, Last, and Best buttons which are currently hidden. The default is supposed to be Best but they were completely zeroing out progress; this update fixes this issue.

Also a few small cleanups are included in this version.
