Calendar Watch Face

Fixed:
- After the installation or synchronization, the watch face was completely white in the interactive mode (the text had white color instead of black)
- Bottom left and middle left indicator had same default actions (Fit steps instead of Battery view)
- Bottom right and middle right indicator had same default actions (Day and Week stats instead of Weather view)
