If you would like to save the note after call gets disconnect , so that in future you can see the note about the call that may have the summery of call or key point of conversation, the "Call Notes" is what you need.

This application allows you to add and edit call notes, after disconnecting the call, call note popup will appear having pre-filled call information (caller name, duration, etc.) and user can add, save and share the call summary or key points. Later this information will be available to user so that user can recall the conversation after seeing the call note:
