Fix bugs:
Time setting is not working.
The navigation bar of message push ring setting page can't be fully displayed.

New functions:
Add camera time setting function.
Complete the function about message push ring setting.
When clicking the host time in main page, it will show time setting page.

Enhance the app user experience.
