Cube World Pets

Do you like the game Cube World? Do you like its pets? Do you want to stay in-game, but do you still want to check what food you need for a pet? Then this is the application for you!

--- THIS IS NOT A GAME, BUT A GUIDE FOR THE GAME CUBE WORLD ---

You can get the game this app is for, Cube World, at www.picroma.com. It seems that Picroma disabled their shop for now, so for the moment the game cannot be bought. No, I cannot do anything about that since I don't work for Picroma.

--- SO, THEN WHAT IS THIS APPLICATION ALL ABOUT? ---

Cube World Pets contains a list of all currently tamable pets for Cube World. When you click on a pet, information about this pet will be shown to you. Things like required food, pet type, if the pet is mountable and where the pet can be found are all available. Down in the screen there are checkboxes you can tick for when you want/have a pet. This is then used by the filters you can set from the menu on the main screen.

In the main screen, you can click the search icon to search for pets by typing pet names or food. For example, if you would like to find the bunny row, search for 'bun'. If you have some kind of pet food, and you want to know what pet you can tame with it, type the name of the food in the search field.

--- NOTE REGARDING FOOD DROPS ---

People are suggesting that I include what food is dropped from what creature. I'm looking into this, but for now it seems that every food can drop from every creature, you just have to get lucky. The Cube World Wiki's are all pretty 2-sided on this, they state that food drops randomly, but also have lists for what creature drops what. I have sent an e-mail to Picroma, and I hope to get an answer soon.

--- NOTE REGARDING 'MISSING' PETS ---

People are telling me some tamable pets are missing. This is not the case. Creatures like White/Brown cats and Wolves are not tamable at the moment. In the latest updates of the application (Version 1.5 and up), I have added some of those non-tamable creatures, to avoid confusion.

Cube World is still in Alpha, and things will probably not be 100% correct. I strive to make the information as correct as possible.
