DIY Great Chevron Moustache

The Chevron mustache style is great if you want to let your mustache grow fully and robustly, but don’t want it to cover your lips and mouth. It’s a mustache left to its own devices but with some occasional care and guidance along the way. In this application will shares you step by step to guide for you.

Step 1. Comb your beard downwards, set your beard trimmer to 3-5mm, and trim your beard and mustache area evenly all over.

Step 2. Soften the skin up, Whether you’re partial to shaving cream, lotions, powders, etc, be sure to soften the hair for a better shave. You can also try shave where the steam and water combo is prime for a comfortable shave.

Step 2. Using your beard trimmer without the comb, trim downwards 1cm below the corner of your mouth.  

Step 3. Remove the rest of your beard with the trimmer, or just go as short as stubble if you like.

Step 4. Define the Chevron Mustache shape and trim any stray hairs.

Step 5. Tidy up with a rotary shaver if you like. Use pomade to keep your mustache looking great.

Step 6. Aftercare

After your shave, rinse your skin with warm water and pat it dry (don’t rub). Then apply a moisturizer or aftershave balm, just avoid anything alcohol-based as it may cause irritation.

If manual shavers are causing you some serious razor burn, it’s definitely time to switch to an electric shaver.
