1.3.18 Update explanation:
What's new:
1. Revision of the Troop Dispatch Rule: as for troop dispatch, except the first grid, if the former grid does not have troops deployed, then the current grid is not available to deploy.
2. Revision of the Battle Attack Rule: the previous attacker’s priority rule is changed that the side whose leading hero has relatively higher integrated battle power takes the priority to attack first. Optimization:
