first of all, you will need "bleeding" tissue paper.

You can do an online search and find several places that sell it.

then the other things you need are an iron, a spray bottle, water, and something to put underneath the cloth (usually use a trash bag).

spray the tissue paper if You want it very saturated.  this is not only to release the dye, but to make sure the tissue paper is making good contact with the fabric., wait a few minutes (about 10 minutes) then remove it from your cloth. iron the your cloth to dry it and to set the color.
