Spouses are shown in ’Tree’ page and new option for ordering siblings & children.

- Now, spouses are shown in ’Tree’ page. Press ‘Menu’ button, and select ‘Hide Spouses’ to optionally hide them.
- Long-press on a sibling or a child and select ‘Move’ option and then ‘Move Up' or ‘Move Down' option to change siblings or children order.
- Miscellaneous quality enhancement.
