Added Crafting Logs
Added Missing Hunting Log entry for Lancer
Added Icons to Hunting Logs, and Crafting Logs, check the Settings screen to download the icon pack.
Added option in settings to backup and restore your completion progress.
The app now requires Storage Permissions to read/write the icon packs and backups.
Added an ad to the main screen, this can be disabled in the settings screen if it annoys you.
