Fiqih Islam Terpadu

Etymologically, fiqh is identical to al-fahm which means knowledge or understanding.

Meanwhile, in terms of terminology, fiqh is the science of practical Sharia laws obtained from detailed arguments.

Fiqh is part of the study of worship, in which various matters are explained, for example matters relating to thoharah, prayer, fasting, zakat, hajj, and also issues of muamalat, jinayat and others.

The aim of learning Fiqh is to know, understand and practice the provisions of Islamic law in carrying out worship of Allah and social worship.

In dividing the field of Fiqh science, there are scholars who divide it into three fields, four fields, and two fields, namely worship and muamalah.

The jurisprudence of worship is the jurisprudence that regulates human relations with God.

Meanwhile, muamalah fiqh is a fiqh that regulates relationships between humans.
