Flexi Dice, custom dice roller

1.16:
Added Unique Roll - rolling the sides of a single die in random order. Each side may appear only once - e.g. for selecting an order of play.
Added an option to remove ads (for free!)

1.14:
Fixed Fair Dice

1.13:
Added ability to color all sides in one go - click the Menu button while editing sides.
New sides are of the same color as the first side.
Made the selected dice for re-roll more visible.

Added ability to display dice names next to sides rolled.
