  Added recovery for devices that limit how many floating windows an app may show. Floating Image now detects the device's real capacity, explains what happened, and asks you to delete images only when genuinely needed, closing by itself once there is room. Existing floating images are never removed to make room. Fixed the Control Dot and Layer Editor being covered after a recovery, and images sometimes disappearing when a device refused a window. Fixed corrupted and untranslated limit messages.
