Adjustments:
1. Commanders could get Merits from being the lord of planets and fixing planet defense now.
2. Add Star Region name display in Space when you change your region.
3. Game performance tweaks, less lagging now.
4. Tweaks on Task Reward interface.

Miscellaneous:
1. Some UI and visual effect updates.
2. Fixed a bug: Material Plant and Material Chest Ⅲ does not product Magnet Ⅲ. And other reported bugs.
