The two flamenco routes we propose invite you to wander around the very

heart of the flamenco quarters of Jerez de la Frontera, thus providing a unique opportunity to get a true taste of genuine flamenco in the place where it all began.

Jerez de la Frontera is one of the major original sources of flamenco and the history of the city is therefore very closely linked to the art form. Not in vain is the capital of sherry wines the city which has produced the greatest number of performers.

We invite you to an adventure into jondo flamenco which encourages us to visit some of the most symbolic sites of Jerez Flamenco: places where the greatest performers were born, monuments, flamenco peña clubs, streets which still conserve all the flavour of flamenco and some secluded corners of the city where the very best of local sherry wines can be tasted accompanied by the true flamenco spirit.
