Hearthkeeper turns the chores, habits and errands you actually need to do into the fuel for a living fantasy village. Wipe the counter, answer the email, take the walk: every real task you finish kindles your Hearthfire, earns XP and gathers the materials your village needs to grow.

Most task apps are great at telling you what you haven't done. Hearthkeeper is built the other way around.

• No punishment, ever. Miss a day and nothing is taken from you. No broken-streak shame, no red warnings, no guilt.

• Streaks and consistency are rewarded more than raw volume, so showing up beats grinding.

• Things start small. Log a quick habit with one tap, or check off a single deed and watch something happen.

• Needs Watching surfaces recurring chores by how overdue they are, so you never have to remember what's next.

• Hire heroes, each with an archetype and an element (Ember, Root or Tide), and send your party on expeditions across dozens of regions.

• Fight turn-based battles where element matchups matter, then craft, equip and merge gear across three tiers.

• Level up your Hearth, unlock new buildings and heroes as you go, and chase the next upgrade.

The twist: your power comes from real life. Nothing you can buy makes you stronger, because progress is earned by doing the thing.

• Share Town Deeds with your family or roommates, and assign them to specific people.

• Put an old tablet on the fridge as a Deed Board: anyone can tap a deed done and pick who gets the credit.

• Set up a Rewards shop where household members earn Stars toward real-life treats, with an owner approving each request.
