The Heat Designer is a useful tool for tech-savvy planners such as HVAC engineers, architects, design engineers and construction engineers for industrial applications. By having this app, you always have your heating calculator at your fingertips. The Heat Designer calculates the heat loss values for new constructions and retrofits and compares the efficiencies of different heating systems for a particular application. You can calculate the heat loss values of new constructions, which are based on the current standard DIN V 18599:2011, with just a few input parameters. The calculation for retrofits is executed in accordance to EN 12831. This app is a “must” for every engineer involved in the energy management of industrial buildings.
