Added color adjustment function.

Luminance can be modified by seekbar. Chrominance can be modified by chart over the picture. While pushing [Org.Img.] button, the original image is displayed to compare.
The calculation processes for pixel value are different between the JPEG decoder and the preview. So the result may be different, if the plural adjustment values are very large.

The function is lossless, because a color adjusted JPEG file can be restored by reverse adjustment.
