MAINS mobile App accommodates the main functionalities of MAINS portal. This app will be
available to download and use by departmental users. These users should download, install and
register themselves (first time) with the app. Once registered, user can use the app using his
departmental employee-id as user name and mpin as password. After successful login user can
see the main menu showing Directory option of the MAINS portal. By directory option user can
view list of auditee offices, LFA offices and can search details of any LFAA staff in state. In
addition to that he can see Schedule, Audit, Compliance options in main menu. Under these
options he will be able to see his schedule of audit in next coming 3 months. He can see the audit
notice generated by his directorate. He can see the audit team and team members selected for
audit. He can see the number of audit paras pending for the auditee office for which the next
audit is scheduled. On actual field audit, he can capture the detailed proceedings of audit meeting
like start date, participants of meeting, can upload photos of actual meeting along with lat-longs
of the location. All these parameters will be captured and stored offline in SQLite. This captured
data will be pushed to MAINS database once the user finishes meeting and connects himself in
Network.
