Managed DAVx5 specific updates in 4.4.8:

* login_lock_credentials is now deprecated please use login_credentials_lock instead for more options
* login_credentials_lock can now disable password change in account settings, too
* QR code scanner has been updated
* Show Organization name also when no logo is provided
* lots of other improvements and bug fixes
