MiData - KroudVoice

KroudVoice is a survey based App which runs on tablet devices. It gathers the the information directly from the consumer about his/her satisfaction or dissatisfaction he/she experienced regarding your services. The gathered information from single/multiple locations is collected at a central database and the results are presented in summarized and graphical formats for further processing. The comments / suggestions can be shared on social media including Facebook, Twiter etc. The customer database is collected and you can send them email / sms to communicate with them. You can filter the results based on feedback criteria. The set of questions are definable and you can modify them at any time later. There could be multiple types of question including 7 Likert scale, Yes / No, Input fields, Radio Buttons. These survey could be conducted in multiple languages.
