MY SYMPHONY BETA(Testing Phase) application encompasses several areas as –

 Live Chat: The user of the My Symphony app can chat with a customer service agent. Customer service agents provide real-time solutions through this live chat option.

 Feedback Form: User can share user experience through feedback. It also uses measurement tools regarding user satisfaction.

 Hotline: Users can directly contact Symphony customer service through this hotline number. It is a dedicated number to handle user queries and problem-solving.

 Wallpapers: Users can download wallpapers from My Symphony Apps and use them on their devices. Regularly updates new wallpaper for users.

 Ringtones: Users can download ringtone from My Symphony Apps and use it on their device. Regularly updates new ringtone for users.

 Nearest Service Point: A list of countrywide Symphony customer care list provided along with the address and their location in Google map with distance. User can find their nearest service point using these features.

 Handset Features: A full set of phone specification and feature list will be shown (for preinstalled devices only).

 Prayer Time: Set prayer time through these features. Allowed the user to set a reminder for Prayer time. Set the alarm and push notifications during Prayer time.

 Medication Time: Set medication time through these features. It allowed the user to set a reminder for meditation time. Set the alarm and push notification during medication time.

 Service Tracker: Track current status for mobile repair. Unique code allowed the user to understand the condition and delivery scheduled for mobile servicing.

 Nearest Retail Shop: A list of countrywide Symphony retail shop list provided along with the address and their location in Google map with distance. User can find their nearest retail shop using these features.
